Lead Laravel Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Laravel Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel Framework and PHP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Laravel Framework, with at least 6-8 years of experience. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable web applications using Laravel Framework & PHP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party integrations to enhance application performance.
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to boost efficiency and code quality.
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance performance for existing applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in PHP & Laravel Framework.
  • Strong understanding of web services and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in MySQL with strong database design skills.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools and willingness to adopt them in workflow.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about learning, experimenting with new technologies, and growing with the team.
