Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with expertise in Webflow to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product, as well as taking ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.">
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.">
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.">
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.">

Requirements

">
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.">
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.">
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.">
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.">
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.">
