Digital Content Accelerator

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate brand awareness and customer acquisition through authentic user-generated content (UGC), influencer marketing, and short-form video content.
As the successful candidate, you will develop and execute growth strategies centered around UGC and influencer-driven short-form content. Your expertise in creating engaging content for various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, will be crucial in driving engagement, brand loyalty, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing growth marketing strategies focused on UGC and influencer marketing content.
- Collaborating with influencers, creators, and community members to generate authentic user-generated content.
- Leading short-form content creation initiatives, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Managing influencer relationships and campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
- Coordinating with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
- Analyzing content performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum growth and ROI.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably from mobile application-based companies (consumer tech, fintech, entertainment, gaming, etc.).
- Proven expertise in creating short-form content in collaboration with influencers, UGC content creators.
- Creative mindset with the ability to spot and adapt trends quickly.
- Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or ability to coordinate with creative teams).
- Track record of building communities and increasing engagement organically.
