We are seeking an accomplished Dynamic Growth Lead to spearhead growth strategies centered around user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accelerating brand awareness and customer acquisition through authentic UGC and influencer-driven short-form content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on UGC and influencer marketing content.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and community members to generate authentic user-generated content.
- Lead short-form content creation initiatives, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage influencer relationships and campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
- Coordinate with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum growth and ROI.
- Identify emerging content trends and platform features to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Build and engage communities through consistent interaction, comments, and responses.
- Track and analyze social media growth (followers, engagement, reach) and share insights for improvement.
