Lead Project Designer

The successful candidate will oversee projects from conceptualization to completion, interpreting design objectives into detailed and actionable plans. This position demands a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to mentor junior team members and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Concept Development: Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and presentation materials. Ensure the design aligns with company ethos and industry standards.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Prepare and oversee project documentation, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, interns, and support staff. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Client Interface: Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals. Coordinate with relevant authorities for compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in construction detailing, materials, and services integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
