Key Role in Our Digital Transformation Journey

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our strategic agenda, leveraging their expertise in new technologies, AI, automation, and digital content creation.

This is a fully remote entry-level opportunity for a curious and driven individual who is passionate about innovation and eager to make a meaningful impact. As a Digital Transformation Assistant, you will be responsible for exploring and testing new technologies, recommending practical applications, and supporting the implementation of new systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technology Exploration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools, to determine their potential value and feasibility for different departments.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support, to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop engaging digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Solution Documentation: Document solutions and share knowledge with staff, helping them adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Cost Management: Monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Critical Skills Identification: Work with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.
  • Project Collaboration: Provide input into new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree or diploma in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is required. Graduates with strong potential will be considered.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar, is essential.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents, such as ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt or equivalent, is highly desirable.
  • Digital content creation skills, including the ability to create engaging training videos, tutorials, and digital learning materials using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms, are necessary.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills are required.
  • A strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions are essential.
  • The ability to learn quickly, experiment with new technologies, and conduct basic analyses to identify value-added solutions is crucial.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas simply and clearly, and train users with excellent listening skills to discern user and business needs, are required.
  • Sound administrative skills, with the ability to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses, and maintain a good memory of what has been explored, communicated, and decided on, are necessary.
  • A self-driven and ambitious individual with the ability to work independently is ideal.
