Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Support Specialist to provide direct remote support for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

This role is critical to the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on ability to configure, troubleshoot, and walk end-users through solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration (from unboxing to deployment).
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.
