Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Technical Consultant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical consultants, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

  • Industry Leadership: Leverage your deep industry knowledge to drive maturity across our organization, identifying regional trends, drivers, and ecosystems.
  • Innovation Strategy: Design and implement an innovation strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and goals, and identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that could drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Technical Delivery: Understand customer requirements and constraints through direct customer engagement, coach your team, and deliver successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Over 12+ years of experience in a relevant area of business.
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience or client delivery experience.
  • 10+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Domain knowledge/experience in Infrastructure and Security delivery with exposure to different cloud solutions – Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics) and delivery management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management) would be beneficial.

This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
