Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at Applied Materials. This role will involve designing, developing, and testing analog and digital circuits for various applications.

About the Role:

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing analog and digital circuits using ADC, DAC, Op-amps, transistors, MOSFETS, sensors, signal conditioning circuits, microcontrollers, memories, and various communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, RS485, Ethernet)
  • Expertise in obsolescence process, customer support for field issues, interacting with suppliers
  • Electronic circuit modeling and simulation
  • Worked on projects from requirement to final product release (circuit design, prototyping, and testing) and maintenance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-15 years of experience in electronics engineering
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools (DSO, DMM, FG, electronic loads etc.) circuit validation, board bring up, functional testing, trouble shooting, failure analysis
  • Experience in developing detailed schematics and schematic capture using CAD tools
  • Experience with sensors, data acquisition systems
  • Expertise in PCB design process, technical document writing
  • Well-demonstrated problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:

Having the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Knowledge in product certification process (handle testing at EMC/Safety) labs
  • Knowledge in documentation, release process, reliability testing
  • High-speed digital board design up to 10Gbps
  • Knowledge of developing test jigs and test plans for variety of PCBAs
  • Experience in technically leading a small group of junior engineers towards project objectives involving technical challenges, multiple stakeholders from different cultures and geographies

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
