Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

Design and Development

  • Create complex electronic systems design flows, including chips, boards, and 3DIC structures.
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools for EM, IR, SI, PI, Thermal for design simulation flows.

Technical Leadership

  • Define, spec out and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems design tools.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Work with customers, developers and validation engineers to define and spec out flows, methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in electronic design and simulation tools.
Requirements

Education

  • B.S. required (M.S. preferred) in electronics/computer engineering or computer science disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic systems design, including chip, PCB and 3DIC design flows.

Skillset

  • Understanding of SI/PI/EM/IR/Thermal Management and Circuit simulation.
  • Proficiency in board design and experience with industry-standard multi-physics and circuit simulation tools.
