Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Associate to manage cash handling operations and ensure seamless checkout experiences for our customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the billing counter.
  • Process cash, card, digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, generate bills, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain accuracy with cash register reconciliation and daily sales reports.
  • Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the billing area.
  • Assist with basic stock and inventory management when required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years in retail sales or cash handling operations (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, digital payment methods, and card machines.
  • Trustworthiness, reliability, and ability to handle financial responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
