Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in proposal creation, research, partner coordination, and campaign delivery.
This role offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Create co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, defining campaign objectives and timelines.
- Develop persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Foster professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
- Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
- Publish a monthly report on campaign performance.
