Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a talented team of professionals ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.

  • Handle complex P&L allocations across multiple entities within fund structures (Master-Feeder, SPVs, Blockers).
  • Collaborate with teams to perform waterfall calculations and ensure their accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with mandated operational procedures and checklists.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
  • Oversee task allocation and delegation to optimize team efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within fund accounting operations.
  • Manage team capacity to support new business growth.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external counterparts.
  • Participate in new business pitches and assist in resource planning for service delivery.
