Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, preparing detailed construction drawings, developing hyper-realistic 3D views, and collaborating with architecture and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior design projects from start to finish.
  • Create detailed space planning layouts and construction drawings.
  • Develop high-quality visualizations and presentations for client approvals.
  • Select and manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices into all projects.
  • Supervise site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Proven expertise in space planning and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in sustainable design practices is an asset.
