
Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking a skilled Medical Billing Team Lead to oversee our RCM operations in the US Healthcare sector.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader with expertise in NextGen EMR/PM systems and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of medical billing professionals handling end-to-end RCM activities.
- Ensure accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
- Handle escalations and provide resolution support for complex billing issues.
- Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
- Train team members on NextGen and billing best practices.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
