Job Description:

Sustainability is a crucial aspect of modern business, and as a key player in this space, we are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our efforts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.

This role will be responsible for developing and managing non-financial performance data templates to support sustainability goals across the organization. This includes designing templates for data inputs, setting periods and frequencies for data collection, conducting meetings with teams to ensure understanding of data templates, and analyzing stakeholder engagement survey outcomes to prepare reports.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of national and international sustainability frameworks, including GRI, BRSR, SASB, ISO, and IR. They will also be skilled in stakeholder engagement, digital platform management, and ESG dashboard design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influential skills
  • Knowledge of national and international sustainability frameworks
  • Leadership skills: strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to drive long-term sustainability strategies, and build strong relationships
