Key Position: Funding & Debt Structuring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our funding and debt structuring efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and private lenders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, relationship management abilities, and the ability to structure funding deals to meet business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for raising debt funding.
  • Develop and negotiate loan agreements, working capital facilities, term loans, project finance, and other debt instruments.
  • Analyze financial models, project reports, and presentations for lenders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Evaluate debt covenants, repayment schedules, and compliance with funding terms.
  • Stay informed about market trends, lending policies, and credit appetite of institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, accounts, legal, and projects) for documentation and approvals.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in debt funding, corporate finance, or treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of loan structuring, project finance, and debt instruments.
  • Proven track record of raising funds from banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of RBI/NBFC guidelines, compliance, and financial regulations.
