Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

Location: Gandhinagar, Sector – 25, B-114

Department: Quality Control

Reporting To: Quality Manager

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting Materials: Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders.
  • Preparing Reports: Prepare inspection reports and escalate any deviations found.
  • Sample Approval: Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.

In-Process Quality Control:

  • Conducting Checks: Conduct in-process quality checks across production stages to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Identifying Defects: Identify real-time defects or process deviations and initiate immediate corrective actions.
  • Ensuring Adherence: Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Inspection Knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, gauging techniques, and measurement tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Automotive Industry: Automobile / Auto Components Engineering / Fabrication / Manufacturing setups with strong QC procedures
