Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our infrastructure support team, providing expert technical guidance to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.

  • Be the go-to expert for technical support across systems, software, hardware, and devices.
  • Lead and mentor a skilled support team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve complex support tickets with precision and professionalism.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles to enhance employee productivity and collaboration.
  • Conduct engaging tech workshops and training sessions for staff to bridge technical gaps and drive innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT experience with a strong focus on infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in Windows, MacOS, iOS, and desktop/application troubleshooting with a deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • A strong grasp of MS Office 365, Active Directory, and provisioning tools to optimize system performance and security.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Experience with helpdesk applications and collaborative tools to streamline support processes and enhance employee experience.
