Marketing Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in driving awareness and sales of products, as well as building and managing brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
  2. Coordinate advertising efforts across various media channels to ensure maximum impact.
  3. Manage external partnerships with vendors, such as advertising agencies and digital agencies, to negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution.
Market Analysis & Product Positioning
  • Determine unique selling propositions and positioning of products based on market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct studies to identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Brand Identity Development
  • Create and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop consistent messaging across all marketing channels to build brand recognition.
Customer Experience Enhancement
  • Implement CRM programs and strategies to enhance customer experience, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to formulate effective CRM strategies and tactics.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements.
Marketing Performance Analysis
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and track lead generation, conversion rates, and website traffic.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

Merchandizing: Develop and implement merchandizing strategies based on market needs and competitor analysis. E-Commerce: Oversee e-commerce sales growth through website design, development, and promotional campaigns. Digital Marketing: Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to promote business brand and products.
