We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Estimator to join our team.

Job Description

A cost estimator is responsible for accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. This includes analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software. Familiarity with cost estimation software such as CostX is also an added advantage.

The selected candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
