As a Student Success Officer (SSO), you will collaborate with students, parents, and a team of assistant managers and tutors to develop impactful interventions leading to high student achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance student performance and scores through targeted interventions.
  • Develop and lead Parent Mentor Meetings (PMMs) to create personalized student plans.
  • Coordinate with tutors and senior management to optimize student outcomes.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 assistant managers in coordinating students' preparation strategies.
  • Provide exceptional frontline support service to students and parents.
  • Foster positive relationships between students, parents, and the management team.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for educational success and client relationships.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Effective communication skills with staff, students, and parents.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring students and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with senior management guidance.

Job Details:

  • Full-time, work-from-home role.
