Chief Analog Design Engineer

In this critical role, you will be part of a team that specializes in the development of advanced analog and mixed signal solutions for various market segments. Your primary responsibilities will include creating detailed specifications for designs, implementing them in schematic form, and overseeing layout.
You will also be responsible for scheduling tape outs to fabrication facilities and supporting silicon validation, testing, qualification for reliability, and ramping up production to mass levels. Additionally, you will conduct thorough tests and analyze data to ensure optimal methods are being used to meet defined specifications and reliability requirements.
This is a key position within our organization, offering opportunities to work closely with various engineering teams, including digital design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications, and marketing.
Your expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in executing new products from concept to volume production and subsequent support. You will be expected to drive flawless execution, identify innovative design architectures, and develop solutions to customers' problems.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Analog Design.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sigma Delta ADC or DAC.
- Experience leading full projects (Chip lead) or Analog design lead.
- Strong understanding of signal processing.
