Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Manager to oversee offshore contractors who are part of the CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams.

The Role includes:

  • Team Management: overseeing the offshore contractors ensuring they meet their job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: facilitating communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of offshore contractors providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: ensuring that the offshore team is adequately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: managing relationships with offshore vendors ensuring that contracts are adhered to and that the quality of work meets our standards.
  • Reporting: generating and presenting regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Compliance: ensuring that all offshore operations comply with our policies and procedures as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: identifying training needs and opportunities for offshore contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies including products such as Ping Identity Okta Transmit Security and Splunk.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team experience handling a team size of 5-10.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Bachelor's in computer science IT or related field.
