Senior Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of data aggregation projects, from conceptualization to delivery. This includes developing data management and reporting systems, working with various stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, and coordinating with US-based teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple data aggregation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement data management and reporting systems that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL partners to ensure seamless data exchange and processing.
  • Provide exceptional client relationship management and communication, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 8-10 years of professional experience in data management, with a strong focus on technical expertise and project management.
  3. Proven experience working with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
  4. Strong Python coding skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  5. Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) and HIPAA-compliant data management experience.
  6. Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) and commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred.
  7. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills.
