Job Title: Cloud Operations Manager

As a skilled Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining CCP, as well as implementing microservices integration, Amazon Lex management, and AWS Contact Lens management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain CCP using AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Implement microservices integration using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon Cognito.
  • Manage Amazon Lex, including building conversational interfaces using voice and text, and handling backend integration and fulfillment logic.
  • Implement AWS Contact Lens management, including analyzing customer conversations with machine learning, converting speech to text, and performing natural language processing and sentiment analysis.

Requirements:

4 Year+ experience in cloud operations management, with a strong background in AWS services.

Excellent knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other related technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
