Safety Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE professional to support the safe execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, safety, and environmental compliance and will play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct HSE orientation sessions to workers and ensure they understand site-specific policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response procedures/plans, and site-specific HSE procedures/work instructions.
- Assist in the practical implementation of SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment etc.) and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of H2S control measures and implement them effectively to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HSE with at least 1 year of experience in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field is required.
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent certificate is mandatory.
