Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Finance Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely filings and compliance, handling matters related to share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely filings and compliance including AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.
  2. Handle matters related to share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other statutory filings.
  3. Draft board resolutions and maintain statutory registers. Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts.
  5. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B).
  6. Prepare and file annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  7. Manage CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing.
  8. Liaise with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups.
  9. Compute and manage advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings.
  10. Handle MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis.
  11. Coordinate tax audit procedures and manage documentation for scrutiny cases.
  12. Ensure adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients.
  13. Manage foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and coordinate with AD banks.
  14. Oversight of UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations).
  15. Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements.
  16. Assist clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime.
  17. Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings.
  18. Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems.
  19. Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports.
