This role is responsible for all month end close activities as per US GAAP; ensuring day-to-day transactions comply with corporate policies and processes. Key responsibilities include preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly PL and Balance sheet reconciliation, assistance in resolving adhoc queries raised by internal stakeholders, review of the Fixed asset register and reconciliation with the books on a monthly basis, and coordination with auditors for timely closure of audits.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting;
  • Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business;
  • Proven experience in MNC environment and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets. MIS and Financial reporting;
  • Experience managing the month end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less
  • Knowledge/ experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
