Job Role: International Customer Service Representative
Description:We are seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for international customers. This role involves effective coordination with stakeholders and managing fiber orders.
This position requires strong communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and written correspondence.
- Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, adhering to client standards and guidelines.
- Manage order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintain end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders (including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Maintain 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers according to agreed processes.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in international call center operations (Australian English).
- Order management knowledge is preferred.
