Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished invoice manager to oversee day-to-day activities within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoices, vendor mailboxes, and financial reports on a daily basis.
  • Review vendor reconciliations and perform quality checks on accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor workflow targets to ensure timely delivery of agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop processes to enhance productivity and quality within the team.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
  • Reconcile accounts payable balances, resolve outstanding issues, and prepare necessary financial reports.
  • Coordinate with treasury or finance teams for cash flow management and funding requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in multinational corporations or large organizations.
  • Previous experience in global accounting environments.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or other systems.
  • Experience in Concur and corporate credit card programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
