Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with significant experience in project management, team leadership, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and checking of documents, reports, and other technical outputs, ensuring that quality procedures are implemented and maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to upskill existing technical resources or enhance existing ones.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
  • Participating in project meetings, team meetings, and disseminating information within the team and with other teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body.
  • Significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record.
  • Proven experience in the design of building services, including feasibility studies, detailed design, specification, and tender.
  • Fluency in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
