We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to research and departmental development in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Deliver lectures and tutorials in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Course Development: Develop and update course materials to keep pace with technological advancements and industry trends
  • Mentoring: Guide and mentor students in academic and research projects
  • Research: Engage in research activities, publish papers in reputed journals and conferences, and contribute to the departments research profile
  • Collaboration: Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committees, collaborate with industry and academic partners for research, internships, and workshops
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree, M.E., or M.Tech. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university
  • Skills: Strong foundation and expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Big Data Analytics, and other relevant areas
  • Experience: Prior teaching or research experience in AI DS is preferred
  • Personal Qualities: Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to academic administration
