Job Title: Product Innovation Specialist

Description:

  • Develop innovative product concepts to meet customer needs and stay ahead in the market.
  • Create detailed drawings of castings, sheet metal parts, and plastic components using SolidWorks application to support design development.
  • Perform tolerance stack-up calculations and other engineering calculations to ensure accurate product assembly and performance.
  • Support the creation of complete product assemblies as required for projects by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering processes and drive continuous improvement activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex engineering challenges independently or in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Utilize linear static analysis (FEA) where necessary to validate design integrity and structural performance.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks application is essential for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are necessary for success in this position.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with linear static analysis (FEA) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
