Strategic Supply Chain Analyst

As a strategic Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by ensuring accurate demand plans that support our strategic goals.
\- Develop and maintain robust demand forecasts using advanced statistical models, historical data, and market insights to inform our supply chain decisions.
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings to foster collaboration across functions and drive consensus on key initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align supply and demand, resulting in optimized inventory levels and reduced excess stock.
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance our forecasting capabilities.
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure seamless product availability while minimizing inventory costs.
- Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans that drive business growth and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global teams and time zones is highly desirable.
