Financial Planning and Analysis Manager


Job Description:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis efforts. This includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing forecasts and budgets, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial plans are aligned with business objectives and provide support for strategic initiatives.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present financial information to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial software applications, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems
