About the Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Operations. As a key member of our CBS team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Planning and Analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Excellence: You will be responsible for maintaining technical expertise in FP&A and ensuring that all financial planning and analysis processes are up-to-date and efficient.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis: You will develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
  • Excel and Power BI Skills: You will utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A degree in a related field is required, with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively across different teams is crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
