We are seeking an exceptional IT leader to spearhead our technology strategy and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee desktop engineering teams for end-user support and smooth operation of computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures for reliability and compliance.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement among IT professionals, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience managing virtual machine environments, hypervisor technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration, configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations (CUDA) for data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
