Key Network Infrastructure Position

A highly skilled professional is required to design, implement, and maintain large-scale computer networks. The role demands expertise in LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with ISPs and vendors to resolve link-related issues
  • Proactively detecting and responding to network incidents with clear escalation procedures and communication channels
  • Delivering regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization
Advanced Networking Expertise:
  • Managing private links to ensure high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions
  • Enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions using SD-WAN solutions
  • Providing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools
Branch Network Management:
  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches, ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management
LAN/Wi-Fi Administration:
  • Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Participating in all audits requested by clients, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials
  • Completing all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by clients, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
