Backend Development Role

The company seeks a skilled Junior Backend Developer to join its team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable backend systems using GoLang.
  • Design and implement REST APIs for data exchange between microservices.
  • Ensure robust database management through expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Utilize cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure or AWS and ensure their proper configuration.
  • Work efficiently with AI-powered developer tools like ChatGPT, Replit, and Windsurf.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC workflows to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and debugging abilities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skillset and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) is mandatory.
  • Solid experience with REST API design and development.
  • Strong command over PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure or AWS (at least one required).
  • Knowledge and usage of AI-powered developer tools.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and complete SDLC workflows.
  • Hands-on experience working on enterprise-level backend systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong debugging abilities.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of Node.js (desired but not required).
