Senior Design Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Leader to spearhead our commercial office design projects.

  • Take charge of design projects from conceptualization to completion, incorporating project management and coordination.
  • Develop initial ideas and gather essential information about potential projects, discuss requirements with clients, and set project timelines.
  • Understand clients' needs and develop design concepts in collaboration with the client and establish final briefs.
  • Oversee design planning, presentation drawings, and effective site coordination.
  • Choose materials considering technical and functional aspects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, research, and gather relevant information for projects.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, and plans using CAD software.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Interiors or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial office design.
  • Creativity, imagination, and good drawing skills.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills.

As a Senior Design Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their expectations.
