Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee the end-to-end testing activities for our Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems. As a key member of our team, you will ensure functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration with trading, clearing, and settlement processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and identify defects; manage defect reporting and resolution process.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute manual and automated testing scripts.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on testing strategies.
  4. Monitor progress and report test results to stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance;
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Professional certifications in software testing or quality assurance;
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure);
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
