Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our QA team and drive high-quality delivery in mobile application testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands, as well as expertise in setting up and managing QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.
Requirements:

7-9 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.

Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).

Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.

Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.

Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.

Experience managing a team of QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar QA tools.
