Business Development Support Role

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to support our business development initiatives.

  • This role involves assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions, coordinating with internal teams, contributing to data analysis and process optimization for efficiency improvements, providing operational support to sales and marketing initiatives, helping streamline communication channels between teams and clients, participating in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks, and ensuring smooth execution of service delivery and customer support processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
