Job Title

A pivotal role that oversees the development and execution of training initiatives to enhance employee competence and meet business requirements.

This position is responsible for leading a team of trainers, ensuring the successful integration of training programs, and supervising the training section of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand training needs and implement tailored programs.
  • Ensure compliance with training governance plans and review/update as necessary.
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with business managers and HR departments.
  • Design and expand training programs based on business and individual needs.
  • Work with teams to produce satisfactory programs for relevant parties.
  • Develop effective induction programs and conduct appraisals.
  • Manage the delivery of training programs and devise a training strategy for the business.
  • Evaluate trainers and training programs, monitoring progress through one-on-one reviews.
  • Ensure statutory training requirements are met, such as ISO compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Commerce Graduate
  • 5-12 years of work experience in F&A
  • Training Delivery, Record to Report, Accounts Receivable (AR), F&A, Accounts Payable (AP), Training Needs Analysis, Training Management
