We are seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to lead our ERP/CRM modernization initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a range of features that integrate AI technology with our existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core 9 and SQL Server, as well as experience with Blazor WebAssembly and Telerik components. You should also have a solid understanding of enterprise backend patterns and be able to work effectively with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor microservices in Azure.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing secure, scalable REST APIs in .NET Core 9, integrating SQL and document stores
  • Integrating Azure AI services, such as Form Recognizer and OpenAI, with ERP/CRM workflows
  • Implementing document upload, embedding pipelines, and semantic Q&A flows
  • Driving one or more AI-powered use cases end-to-end, from design to production

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a pragmatic problem-solver with excellent communication skills. You should be able to think like a product owner and translate business requirements into fast, feature-rich solutions.

This position requires:

  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise backend patterns
  • Strong knowledge of Blazor WebAssembly (or Angular/React + Telerik) and ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies
  • Solid T-SQL skills and experience with ERP/CRM domain logic
  • Ownership of one complete AI-integrated project: RAG search, document automation, summarization, etc.
  • API-first mindset, secure coding, async programming
  • Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning

Nice-to-have skills include direct work with Telerik Blazor Components or UI for Angular/React, practical knowledge of Azure Form Recognizer, Azure OpenAI / GPT, Cognitive Search / Vector Stores, MLOps, and familiarity with Blazor interop performance tuning and lazy loading.
