Software Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to lead our team in developing and deploying high-quality web-based applications. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software systems using Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Software Features: Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C# .Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
  • Pitch Ideas and Test New Approaches: Pitch ideas and test new approaches to improve existing processes and technologies.
  • Manage Full Life Cycle of Supported Applications: Manage full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support Application Outages: Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse Business Requirements: Analyse business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Other Development Teams: Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and Deliver Complex Code: Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, Code, Test, Debug and Implement High Quality Software: Design, code, test, debug and implement high quality software.
  • Understand Network Concepts: Understanding of network concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrate Strong Knowledge of Architecting: Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
  • Ability to Oversee Code Development: Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem solving.
  • Maintain Strong Understanding of Industry Trends: Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement Build Process: Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
  • Skilled in Delivery, Development and Maintenance: Skilled in delivery, development and maintenance web-based application.

Requirements:

  • 9 to 10 Years of Experience: 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying web-based applications.
  • Microsoft Technology Stack: Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • React Native & Offline Database: Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Leading a Diverse Team: Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical requirement.
  • Tuning and Maintaining MS-SQL Server: Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining of MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
  • Web Services Integration: Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Sound Understanding of Test Tools Usage: Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
  • Able to Work in Agile Scrum Environment: Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Coding / Design Patterns: Experience with coding / design patterns defining & implementing software development standards and best practices.
