Job Title: Creative Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of partners and their teams in the sales and design processes.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Enhancing partner sales funnels to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Overseeing the design process for 12-15 projects each month, ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing the work output of partner teams for 5 stores, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting partners in hiring IDs by conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates' skills and experience.
  • Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships and experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborating with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback, identifying opportunities for growth.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors and business partners to ensure seamless project completion. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably from a Tier I institute, along with post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management, demonstrating your expertise.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, showcasing your knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, enabling you to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in adopting digital and technology initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
