Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sr. Creative Strategist to lead creative duties on multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.

  • Lead cross-functional teams on campaigns, developing comprehensive creative plans from scratch.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop showcase pitches for potential clients.
  • Present compelling creative plans to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity and quality in all work.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides direction and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide guidance to junior creatives on projects, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and manage timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Presentation skills are essential throughout the production process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
