Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
  • Curate and oversee content calendars to ensure consistent and effective content flow.
  • Maintain active engagement with clients, effectively discussing and presenting creative ideas based on their briefs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like design, media buying & performance marketing, and PR and influencer teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Innovate and implement market campaigns that stand out and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, especially in video marketing, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and measure the success of social media campaigns through key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of social media specialists and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
